Return Policy

We only sell these leads once! Being that our leads are 100% GUARANTEED EXCLUSIVE, if they turn out to be anything less than we advertised, we don't want it either...HOWEVER, we do want you to have a replacement, as your satisfaction, potential long term relationship and our reputation are worth more to us than any one lead...Any lead we sell you that falls into one of the following categories, you will be entitled to a FREE, NO HASSLE replacement within 24hrs of notifying us by email(when you send email, please request read receipt for your protection) or phone. Calling will generally get your problem solved immediately and we would prefer you call for all your needs.

1. The lead has already refinanced

- We make every effort to verify this ahead of time, but in the rare event that property has already refinanced, you will receive a replacement. We cannot control misreported, unreported or transactions so recent that they haven't yet been reported, but we will replace those leads ASAP. Please be prepared to supply the date, name, number called, time and with whom you spoke with. If you supply all of that information on your first call, we will immediately replace that lead, otherwise case by case, but ALL bad leads will be replaced.

2. The property is a mobile/manufactured home or land loan

- Due to the limited amount of lenders that will do these type of loans, we will replace any lead that is related to a mobile/manufactured home or land loan but still wish you the best in making something out of it!
