THESE LEADS ARE AWESOME! Im hard to please when it comes to leads or anything from lead providers and yet to be this happy. Not even close to this happy...

I got my leads from Stephen and less than 2 hours later got an app! Full app, eager beavers already got priced with Cwide and point file ready, setting up an appraisal when I call them back.

Out of the 15 or so I called I only talked to 4, two were kids saying call back, 2 others working with someone but took my info and chatted with me..gonna follow up of course.

That means that out of the 3 homeownerss I talked to I got 1 app and I have 100 leads to go! Damn, I regret telling my best bud Id give him some to work..greed is setting in! Thanks Stephen, you were right all along.

Hey, since my last post got another app too! And the people are receptive to say the least. The details in these leads make it so easy! Two apps and I havnt even sent out one letter yet Ive barely scratched the surface. Poor Stephen keeps getting emails from me after each one. I'll stop bro!

People dont waste your time or money on anything else.

I have gotten leads from steve and have to say that i never met somone more honest and upfront like him we had a problem in the first batch and he replaced them entierly for free for us! with out having to ask for it! and he emailed me within 24 hours a new batch

lol, i sent out 125 of the exact same product (via priority as suggested) and have had 6 calls so far in under a week. As for the outbound calls, we have also got another 4 apps....

I have checked your product out and Darkstar's product and with my 30 years in the Marketing Industry and My degree is in Marketing, it is clear to me that Darkstar is doing the best thing for the Outpost people.

I've spoken to Stephen a couple of times and I think his ideas are dead on. Another thought that occured to me is that if you're going to go to the trouble of "personalising" the mailers, why not use birthday card envelopes. You know, the clunky square shaped ones. Those always stand out from standard envelopes. Even if it's not their birthday (it won't be). there's always the thought "maybe Grandma sent me $5.00" the way she did 40 years ago. I would not dare throw away a letter like that without opening it first.

All I can saw, is WOW! What a great piece of software! Not sure how you did it, but I am looking forward to seeing how all this plays out for you in the future.

While I did have a little trouble downloading it, it was moreso user error than anything else. =)

I just want to put in my two cents about the potential at hand......

I pull leads from public records, here are my ratios from last week:
98 leads, 51 with numbers, 15 were callable, 4 are disconnects

I dont even keep track of how long it takes me to locate the leads, do a reverse phone number lookup, address envelopes, etc. I typically do it in the evenings when I am watching tv or on the weekends..............

what I do know is that I am very excited about these leads... they should be a HUGE timesaver, and start freeing up time for me to focus on other aspects of my business that I just cant find the time for now.

Oops............ forgot to mention this................. I have been pulling leads from public records for about 6 weeks now (I know, I know, not too long, lol). Have my first closing scheduled for tomorrow, and have 2 more in process. These leads work.

Sunshine, the quality is as good as you are going to find for this type of lead. These leads come with a tremendous amount of information, which makes speaking with these borrowers that much easier, since you don't seem like some random stranger calling them to fish for information about their current mortgage status.

Just understand, like any lead, you have to work them. If you arent calling and/or mailing, you probably arent going to get the results that you want.

Furthermore, you need to allow a small learning curve when working these leads. I know my response ratios have gotten increasingly better as time has passed, since I have become more familiar in dealing with the whole process.

Making them feel the pain is huge when you scrub credit with them. Its like 70% of the sale.

Hey all,
Just wanted to give you all some feed back on the ARM lead system I bought from Stephen.
First off his customer service is awesome. He is always available for my calls or e-mails.
So far the leads are great. We took 2 apps the first afternoon and sent out 76 mailers. The letters are perfect and right to the point.
The lead layout is perfect with all the required info to take apps and answer quick questions when talking with the customer.
