Minimum loan amount of $100,000

LTV 80% or less. (LTV is based upon a 3rd-party AVM and A.R.M.™ is not responsible for any discrepancies between the 3rd-party AVM and any other actual or appraised value.)

Counties will be pulled in order listed until filled, then statewide. A minimum of 10 counties should be chosen.

All Prepays will expire prior to recast date.

SAVE the template and e-mail it back to us. We will then initiate a PayPal™ request and process the order. (NOTE: You do not need a separate PayPal™ account to pay through ours.)
