We only sell these leads once! Being that our leads are 100% GUARANTEED EXCLUSIVE, if they turn out to be anything less than we advertised, we don't want them either. Your satisfaction, potential long-term relationship, and our reputation are worth more to us than any single lead.

Any of our leads that falls into one of the following categories will entitle you to a FREE, NO-HASSLE REPLACEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS of notifying us by e-mail or phone:

1. The lead has already refinanced - We make every effort to verify this ahead of time, but in the rare event that the property loan has already been refinanced, you will receive a replacement lead. We cannot control misreported transactions, unreported transactions, or transactions so recent that they haven't yet been reported.

   Please be prepared to supply the date, name, number called, time and with whom you spoke with. If you supply all of that information on your first call, we will immediately replace the lead, otherwise we will verify the information on a case-by-case basis. ALL bad leads will be replaced ASAP!

2. The property is a mobile/manufactured home or land loan - Due to the limited amount of lenders that will do these type of loans, we will replace any lead that is related to a mobile/manufactured home or land loan. We still wish you the best in making something out of it!
